The challenge: polish voice recordings for AI
Polish voice recordings for AI need more than native speakers and a script. In this project, the client needed 1,000 Polish speech samples for AI development. So, the task required clear instructions, good planning, and close coordination.
Four native Polish speakers had to record 250 short prompts each. They also had to follow rules for pace, tone, volume, and sound quality. Each session took about one hour. Ideally, each speaker had to finish the work in one sitting. In addition, the recordings had to take place in a quiet room.
The technical process also had several steps. Each speaker had to use an external platform on Windows or Android. They also had to save the target file and show proof that the task was complete.
However, time was the biggest challenge. The full project had to be finished in only five days. Therefore, we needed to keep all four speakers on the same track. We also had to make sure that every task could be checked later. Since the client reviewed the recordings after delivery, clear records and consistent work were very important.

What we did: one clear process for four speakers
To keep the project simple, Aploq planned four parallel recording sessions. First, we reviewed the client’s instructions. Then, we picked out the steps that could be unclear for the speakers.
Most of the source instructions were in English. Therefore, we prepared short Polish guidelines. They covered the setup, recording style, platform steps, and file delivery. As a result, every speaker received the same clear information before starting.
We also helped with platform access and answered questions during the project. In addition, we used one checklist for all four speakers. It covered the room setup, pace, tone, volume, screenshots, and file saving. This helped us keep the process consistent.
Before delivery, our team also checked the process and the required files. Therefore, the client received one organized batch instead of four separate submissions. The batch also included proof of completion. As a result, the project was easier to review and easier to manage. This simple workflow helped reduce mistakes and kept the work moving within the short deadline.

The result: 1,000 recordings in 5 days
All four speakers completed their tasks within the five-day project window. In total, the client received 1,000 Polish voice recordings from four native speakers.
The delivery also included proof of completion and saved files for possible follow-up. This was useful because the client carried out its own quality checks after delivery. As a result, the whole process stayed clear and easy to trace.
The project also showed how language services can support AI work beyond translation. For example, speech-data projects need native speakers, clear instructions, good coordination, and quality checks. They
